How to resolve MSN not responding Windows 10 problem

Method 1: Use Internet Explorer and create a shortcut for MSN.

  • Step 2:- Now right click on the Command Prompt option and then click on the Run as administrator
  • Step 3:- After that, type your administrator password and click on the Allow option to complete the process.
