6.Then fill the following details:-
- Description-an informal name that you will decide to identify the server
- Server Name: the actual SMTP server specification
- Port: generally SMTP works with port 25, but some details also show that it can work with 587
- Connection security: SMTP email transfer doesn't provide an encryption but if user want to make their connection more secure, it's a good choice to use a SSL/TLS extension
- Authentication method: There are various number of methods like passwords etc.
- User Name: it is user email address.this is how its configured.
