6.Then fill the following details:-

• Description-an informal name that you will decide to identify the server 
• Server Name: the actual SMTP server specification
• Port: generally  SMTP works with port 25, but some details also show that it can work with 587
• Connection security: SMTP email transfer doesn't provide an encryption but if user  want to make their connection more secure, it's a good choice to use a SSL/TLS extension
• Authentication method:  There are various number of methods like passwords etc.
• User Name: it is user email address.this is how its configured.
